2.15 MW solar rooftop project – The largest rooftop project in the north-east India on a single roof
2.15 MW solar rooftop project is the largest rooftop project of Eastern India on a single roof . This Solar Power Plant will save approximately 3372.9 metric tonnes of CO2 per annum . The rooftop consists of 18750 sq m area which is one of the factory roof of Keventer Agro Ltd. in Subhasnagar, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. The trapezoidal Sheet Metal Roof is 250 M in Length and 75 M in width . The team of experts divided the rooftop in two parts , Eastern and Western part for easy reference purpose . Solar Modules are installed on both the parts with equal numbers of 3120 each and all the inverters were fixed on West side wall along with two ICP on the same side .
The EPC of this project done by Vikram Solar Ltd ,Installation and Commissioning done by Green Vision Solutions as registered vendor of Vikram Solar Ltd . As per Green Vision Solution`s owner Mr. Pinaki Acharya entire Green Vision team is thankful to Vikram Solar Ltd for giving them this wonderful opportunity to be a part of this solarisation project and they are looking forward to execute more projects in collaboration with Vikram Solar Pvt Ltd in future also. The permission for the work has been given on 24th Oct, 2018 to Green Vision Solutions. and they started work on 25th Oct ,2018 . Despite of facing many challenges the work finished in reasonable time in comparison with the hefty size of the project. The project commissioned on 31st January , 2019 .
