This has reference to the RfS No. SECI/C&P/MES/LEH/042018 dated 10.07.2018 regarding Setting up of 2×1.5 MW Solar PV Power Plants with BESS at LEH.
The Site Visit for the subject tender has been scheduled on 25.07.2018.

All the prospective bidders are requested to make their own arrangements for vehicle, boarding and lodging, passes for site visit. It is requested that all the bidders reach one day prior to site visit for making necessary arrangements such as pass etc. Passes are mandatory for site visit and in absence of which site visit would not be possible.
Further, passes for the site are processed only in the morining. So, accordingly all the prospective bidders are requested to make necessary arrangements well in advance to avoid any hassles.
Prospective bidders are requested to remain updated for any notices/ amendments/ clarifications etc. to the RfS documents through the websites www.seci.co.in and https://www.tcil-india-electronictender.com as no separate notification will be issued.
