Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has applied for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Project of Innovation in Solar Power and Hybrid Technologies and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Contract for the captioned subject. SECI now invites online Bids from eligible Bidders for the captioned subject which will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing”, July 2016 revised November 2017 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Interested bidders have to download the official copy of Tender documents after logging into the TCIL website by using the Login ID and Password provided by TCIL during registration. The bidder shall only be eligible to submit/ upload the Response to tender after logging into the TCIL portal and downloading the official copy. Bidders are requested to follow the instructions mentioned in the attached ETS guide to change the settings on Internet Explorer browser.
