New Delhi: Tata Power Solar today said it has commissioned 820.8kWp solar rooftop project at Cricket Club of India, Mumbai.
The project will help to generate over 1.12 million electricity per year which will lead to 25 per cent of savings in the power consumption cost for the Cricket Club of India (CCI), the company said in a statement.
The project was inaugurated by Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
Tata Power Solar has installed the world’s largest rooftop in a cricket stadium at CCI Mumbai, in a record period of 100 days, Ashish Khanna, President, Tata Power (Renewables), said.
