“Sprng buys Shapoorji Pallonji’s solar assets: Actis’ renewable energy arm buys 194MW of solar assets for $200 million. With this deal, the total operating and under construction capacity of Sprng will increase to 1.65GW,” reported Mint.
Khaitan & Co advised Shapoorji Pallonji Infrastructure Capital Company Private Limited led by a team of partner Akhil Bhatnagar, partner Gahan Singh, principal associate Samridha Neupane, associate Jagata Swaminathan, associate Rahul Mishra and associate Puneet Rathsharma.
Trilegal acted for Actis, which owns Sprng Energy.
