Fort Lauderdale-based home builder Stellar Homes Group has committed to solar power all the way; not only as a standard feature for its new homes but also as the energy source for the grand opening of its new community Cavalia Estates in Davie, Fla. on June 25 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Cavalia is a private enclave of 10 homesites featuring two-story floorplans with five or six bedrooms priced from the low $800,000s, including solar panels.
The solar-powered grand opening entertainment will include a bounce house, barbecue, refreshments, a petting zoo, great music, a face painter and other fun family activities at Cavalia located at 5151 SW 76th Ave in Davie, Fla. Guests will receive detailed information on the home designs, floorplans and standard features, including solar panels and a plethora of additional green features of the homes which can be built on the eight half-acre to one-third acre homesites in the picturesque and conveniently located community.

Two home designs will be available at Cavalia Estates. The Lexington with 3,727 square feet and five bedrooms and the Arlington with 4,075 square feet and six bedrooms. The Arlington boasts a spacious open floorplan with huge gathering room, kitchen with island and a spacious breakfast area that flows comfortably into living and dining rooms.
