NTPC commissioned 50 MW of NP Kunta Ultra Mega Solar Power Project Stage-I in Anantapuramu
NTPC Ltd has informed BSE that 50 MW (1X50 MW) capacity of NP Kunta Ultra Mega Solar Power Project Stage-I at Anantapuramu has commissioned on July 29, 2016.
With this the installed capacity of NP Kunta Ultra Mega Solar Power Project Stage-I at Anantapuramu has become 250 MW and that of NTPC Group has become 47,228 MW.

The scrip opened at Rs. 159 and touched a high and low of Rs. 160 and Rs. 157.55 respectively. A total of 4073222(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 130649.31 crore.
The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 touched a 52 week high of Rs. 160.25 on 27-Jul-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 107.2 on 25-Aug-2015. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 160.25 and Rs. 156.2 respectively.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.96 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 27.87 % and 2.17 % respectively.
The stock traded above its 50 DMA.
