MNRE invites proposals from Implementing Agencies1/ Micro Entrepreneurs for development and implementation of renewable energy based technology projects for rural livelihoods in the districts listed at Annexure – II. The focus would be on implementing pilot phase projects in identified livelihood sectors (Annexure – III)through a cluster approach in the selected districts of each state. Interested agencies are requested to submit a minimum of 5 (five) proposals for implementation in a state, mentioned in para (1) above.
