In the matter of: Petition for development of 2 MW Solar Project located at Birpur, Dehradun which is under progress and to be connected at 33/11 kV Anarwala (MRS) Dehradun Cantt, Permission for connecting 2 MW Plant output to the 33/11 kV Grid of UPCL at Anarwala may be granted on Net Metering basis under Regulation 51 and 52 of RE Regulations, 2018.
