Contractors whose name(s) are on the approved list of any MES formations, i.e other than CE Southern Command and who have deposited Standing Security and have executed Standing Security Bond may tender without depositing Earnest Money with the tender and if the Accepting Officer decides proposes to accept his tender such tenderer will be required to loge individual security deposit after acceptance as notified by the Accepting Officer within 30 days from date of receipt of intimation failing which same will be recovered from first RAR payment.
