Vivek Srivastava joins Waaree Energies as chief executive officer – EQ Mag Pro
He was previously associated with Reliance BP Mobility as the senior vice-president
New Delhi : Waaree Energies, a solar module manufacturer, on Thursday said it has appointed Vivek Srivastava as its chief executive officer (CEO) with effect from 30 August, 2021.
According to the company press release, Srivastava is currently responsible for setting strategic goals, leading the development of short and long-term goals, and assessing, monitoring and minimising risks to the firm, its subsidiaries and other companies within the group.
He was previously associated with Reliance BP Mobility as the senior vice-president.
“I am delighted to welcome Vivek as our CEO. We believe Vivek has strong international exposure, deep strategic expertise, and experience of driving transformation and managing disruption,” said Hitesh Doshi, chairman and managing director, Waaree Group.
Srivastava holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Malaviya Regional Engineering College, Jaipur.
