Chandigarh Sector-39 gets North India’s largest floating Solar project of 2000 kilowatt peak or kwP at a total cost of Rs 11.70 crore rupees. As reported by PTI, floating power plants will lower the loss of water due to evaporation and save enough water to meet the needs of 20,000 people annually
