ALMM Will Apply to Projects which are Sponsored / Subsidized by Government
ALMM will apply to Government or its Agencies procuring Power for its own Consumption or for Distribution to People through DISCOMS
ALMM Will Apply to RoofTops and KUSUM Scheme Projects which are Subsidized
ALMM will not Apply to C&I RoofTops as they are not Subsidized
ALMM Will not apply to Open Access, Captive, Group Captive or Third Party Sale Projects
ALMM Will not apply to projects being commissioned by March 31, 2024 or to projects in advanced stages of construction and order for modules being placed before March 31, 2024 and Irrevocable LC Opened before March 31, 2024
