NRG Yield, Inc. recently announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on each of the Company’s Class A and Class C common stock of $0.26 per share payable on March 15, 2017 to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2017. This quarterly dividend represents $1.04 per share on an annualized basis, an increase of approximately 4% over the fourth quarter 2016 dividend of $0.25 per share (or $1.00 per share annualized).
