Key Responsibilities

Strict adherence Standard Operating Procedures.
Equipment preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, spares-inventory control, uptime & throughput maintaining for higher yields
SPC implementation and training operators
Making “employee involvement” in Kaizens and Quality Circles
Strict adherence to shop floor cleanliness, 5S, health & safety protocol

Qualification

B Tech (Mechanical) Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in any engineering industry

or

Diploma (Mechanical) Experience : 10 to 12 years of experience in any engineering industry

Skills

Knowledge of understanding and servicing pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, various types of cylinders, valves, vacuum circuit, conveyors and general fabrication knowledge is required. In addition 5S, Kaizens, Quality Circles, 8D methodology practices are advantageous
