Job Description:
Skills & Pre-requisite:
Bachelors degree in Electrical/ Electronics and min 12 to 14 years of business development experience in Renewable energy, electrical and power electronics
Experience and client networking with solar and wind energy systems and components. Well- developed knowledge of the renewable energy market is a plus
Industry Expertise:
1. Experience in business generation, revenue generation and payment collection of Solar Roof top projects.2. Basic Understanding of the Project designs and execution3. Thorough knowledge of private and government market4. Appropriate networking with state nodal agencies and MNRE for processing and availing of subsidy involved5. Well versed with Opex and Capex projects6. Responsible for budgeting and forecasting and generation of reports7. Exposure in B2B and B2C sales8. Cost analysis and bidding for projects/Tenders9. Should have experience dealing with clients with large investments in Capex10. People management should have handled a team of minimum 10 people11. Exposure to present the company to the government sector/private clients and foreign collaborations12. Proper communication and marketing skills13. Job involves 70% travelling14. Should have handled trade shows/conferences15. Should be able to build his/her team for local and national sales
IT Skills:
1. Should be facile with MS Office tools2. Exposure with project and cost analysis tools3. Able to readily utilize web and search technologies to enter, access and retrieve data. 4.
