Inside Sales Specialist
Job Description:
Solis Solar one of the fastest growing Solar Company into Solar PV Modules and EPC is looking for candidates for the profile of Inside Sales Specialist. We are looking for people who can help us to grow exponentially into new markets and geographies.Person should be carrying positive attitude & with go getter attitude.
Reporting to: Sales Head
Experience & Qualification:
1. 2-4 years of In-house sales experience.2. Should be Graduate.3. Good communication skills4. Proficient in MS-Office5. Female Candidate
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media.2. Build relationship with existing and potential clients by communication via phone, email and fax &respond to clients concerns.3. Should be able to understand the clients requirements & customizing as per their needs.4. Introduce generated leads to the sales person once the clients ready for the meeting.5. Follow up on leads and identify potential clients.6. Should be able to negotiate price, payment terms and other terms & conditions.7. Needs to follow up with the team to make sure that clients requirements are fulfilled.8. Should be able to achieve the sales targets assigned.9. Needs to analyze the marker trends & update accordingly.10. Candidate needs to achieve the sales & collection data as assigned.11. Prepare & analyze the sales pipeline reports & dashboards.12. Manage data for new & prospective clients, ensure all the communications are logged, information provided in accurate & documents are attached.
