It is a matter of great pride and pleasure for EQ Group to announce that NSEFI Chairman Pranav R Mehta was unanimously elected as Chairman-elect of Global Solar Council at its board meeting at Las Vegas on 12th September.
Secretary of MNRE Shri Anand Kumar who was present at Las Vegas addressed the Global Solar Council earlier in the day highlighting the Indian opportunities and inviting the Global solar companies to participate the forthcoming
RE- INVEST 2017 event also warmly congratulated Shri Mehta on this international honour.
Global Solar Council is an apex international organization formed at Paris during the COP 21 Climate Dialogue as a private sector response to the ISA launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the then French President Francoise Hollande. Global Solar Council represents solar industry from major countries such as USA,France, Germany, China, Spain, Itali, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, Israel, Middle East countries like UAE, Saudi Arabia etc.
It is a matter of pride for our country that an Indian will be the Chairman of such a powerful international solar organization.
