Rewa Guarantee has been approved by the MP cabinet today. The Guarantee would be signed between the Developers and the Energy Department, GoMP within a few days. This is the 3rd tier of the 3-tier Payment Security Mechanism(PSM) of Rewa Project. Further, the 2nd tier of PSM, the Payment Security Fund, has been created by RUMS and IREDA. So the 3-tier PSM is in place saysManu Srivastava – PS, NRED, MP
