c. Collection of payments, Maintains relationships with clients by providing support & service time by time.
d. Identifies area improvements or new area on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
e. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
f. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
