Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager – Purchase & SCM (solar)
Job Description :
Responsibilities :
Complete coordination for Identifying & developing quality vendor / supplier base of Solar businesses for cost effective and timely procurement of materials, spares and consumables at favorable terms to ensure smooth project implementation.
Inviting offers from vendors / contractors as per BOQ/requisition, evaluating techno-commercially and preparing recommendation for awarding purchase orders / work contracts after negotiation.
Responsible for complete co-ordination with Vendors, Project Management Team and Internal stake holders like Finance & Accounts Dept. to ensure 100% OTD (On Time Delivery)
Complete coordination with vendor, customer and site management / project teams for all issues related to GTPs, Drawings, Purchase Orders, Acceptance of POs & WOs & its Amendments, Inspection, and Testing & Replacement of damaged items / components as per requirement.
Complete coordination for processing of bills & follow-up for timely payment to the Vendors and Sub-Contractors consisting of payments through different modes like advances, PDCs, LCs etc.
Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures Management of customer complaints and service to the clients.
Ability to analyse market / competitors data and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability.
Control purchasing department budgets.
Maintaining records of material ordered, received & utilized etc.
Develop MIS and provide with up-to-date weekly / fortnightly/ monthly status reports.
Arrange for disposal of surplus materials.
Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
Other duties as assigned.
Salary:INR 3,75,000 – 5,00,000 P.A.
