Key Deliverables: Liasing with local administration.Business Relations Maintaining business relations with vendors for the procurement of necessary items.
Accommodation Management & Facility Management arrangement of accommodation, Mess and other welfare of outsource personnel & executives.
Access Control of Man & MaterialResponsible for all time-office keeping, gate pass procedures for material exit and all other related time office procedures.
Receiving of various materials and verification of materials received with reference to Delivery Challan (DC s) and Purchase Order (POs).
Preparation of ‘Good Receipt Note’ (GRN) on daily basis for all Direct and Indirect material received and circulating the copy of information to Purchase section and department concerned.
Preparation of Good Inspection Report and offering material received for inspection to concerned department / person.
Ensures updating of daily transactions.
Issuing of materials from all stocks of various departments on Materials Issue Slips duly approved by competent authority.
