Exp: 5-10 years; Site Survey to capture the customer requirement accuratelyInterface with the design team and propose the optimal solution to the customerUndertake revenue target based activitiesConvert and follow up with the customersExecute the project from survey to commissioningInteract with DISCOMS.

Applying for permissions and follow-upsTroubleshoot any installation issuesVendor interactions, Negotiations for any specific requirementReport writing and presenting

Training field staffs in adopting the technologyParticipation in conferences and seminars to promote technologyKeep updated on latest trends and practices in the field and pass on recommendations to adopt the same

COMPETENCIESTechnical/ ProfessionalPost Graduate/MBA/Rural Management or equivalent work Experience in Business development.Minimum 5-10 years of Experience in similar field.Ability to work with various organizationsUnderstanding of the needs of underserved population and households.

ManagerialDiploma/B.E/M.E (any stream/ preferable Electrical/Electronics Engg)Minimum 2-4 years of Experience in sales/Marketing, implementation of Solar projectsEnglish, Kannada, Hindi.Familiarity in using Microsoft windows office suitePersonal qualitiesFlexibilityCommunication skillsPlanning and implementation skillsAnalytical SkillsProblem solving skillsInterpersonal Effectiveness
