The completed tender should reach Executive Engineer, Ist Floor, Administrative Building, Headland Sada not later than the prescribed time and date as in Sl.No.VI in Para-1 above. The tender (Cover-1) will be opened on the last date of receipt of tenders at 1530 hrs in the presence of such of Bidders who may wish to be present. Date of opening of Cover – 2 of qualified Bidders will be intimated later. The tender received after due date and time will be summarily rejected.
