Accompanying the wave of customer globalization and the continuous expansion of global customer demand, HIUV is actively accelerating the layout of its overseas operations. The company aims to partner with like-minded collaborators to expand its production base network from Southeast Asia to more countries and regions.
Recently, HIUV, a global technology leader in PV module encapsulation materials, has launched a search for joint venture partners in India.
HIUV is recognized for its cutting-edge technology and strong R&D capabilities in the field of PV module encapsulation materials. The company is committed to innovation, meeting the evolving demands of the photovoltaic industry, and advancing the global renewable energy sector. Currently, HIUV operates five production facilities in China and has established overseas bases in Vietnam and the United States (under construction).
With the growing trend of Chinese companies expanding abroad and the rising demand from global customers, HIUV is accelerating its overseas operations. As one of the fastest-growing solar markets globally, India is experiencing a surging demand for module encapsulation materials. HIUV aims to collaborate with local partners to establish production facilities within the region, ensuring proximity to the market and better catering to customer needs. According to HIUV’s Deputy General Manager, Mr. Max Aimin XIA, the joint venture initiative offers comprehensive support, including one-stop equipment delivery, brand and technology sharing, and flexible collaboration models such as joint ventures or leasing. These approaches aim to ensure the smooth implementation and efficient operation of projects, delivering greater value to partners. HIUV has already initiated collaborations in the U.S. market with publicly listed H.B. Fuller.
Regarding ideal partners, Mr. Max noted: First, partners should have experience in the solar photovoltaic industry and an in-depth understanding of local market dynamics. Second, access to land or infrastructure close to existing solar photovoltaic manufacturing clusters is highly desirable. Last, partners should share a commitment to innovation and excellence in renewable energy solutions.
Mr. Max emphasized that collaborating with partners worldwide is a crucial step in HIUV’s globalization strategy. This approach will enhance HIUV’s competitiveness and influence in the global PV encapsulation materials industry. HIUV looks forward to working hand in hand with global partners to jointly drive the development of the renewable energy sector.
