Job profile for the position of AGM/DGM
1. Techno Commercials discussion with clients to evaluate project requirement
2. EPC company selection & management for hydro power projects
3. Vendor Development
4. Project Execution
– Civil, mechanical & electrical work
– Site &Inventory& client Interactions reports
– Local and Statutory compliances
– Resource Planning
– Contract management
5. Independent Quality Checks & quality compliance
6. Commissioning and Facilitation of handover
– Pre – Commissioning activities
– Commissioning
– Rectification and Repairs if any
– Checks and Confirmation
7. Project Closure Stage
– Technical Closure
– Administrative Closure
– Financial Closure and Final Completion certificate to be procured
– Handover and technical training to Customer staff for effective running of project
