Job Description:
Lead and Deliver Solar PV Projects on Pan India basis.
Plan the Project Deliveries on the basis of Time, Cost and Quality for the EPC team.
Lead the Project and O&M Teams on various locations.
Responsible for Erection, Commissioning and Revenue generation from the Projects.
Ensure complete responsibility for Project Delivery.
Assist Cross Functional Teams and Guide them for ensuring Project Deliverables on various Critical Parameters.
Assist Land Acquisition team on timely Acquisition of Land.
Advise Top Management on various Project related decisions.
Salary:INR 20,00,000 – 25,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile
BE/BTech Electrical with 20+ years of relevant experience.
Experience of Setting up and Proven Delivery on MW based SOLAR PV Projects 100 MW & Above.
Criteria : Should be from EPC/DEVELOPER Company (Solar Power)
Has set up more than 55-100 MW Solar Business.
Age Not more than 42-43 years
20 22 years of overall Experience.
Education-
UG: B.Tech/B.E. – Electrical
