SECI 5000 MW RE with Thermal Project on Round-the-Clock (RTC-II)Basis.

2. Pre-Bid Meeting: 04/05/2020
3. Ceiling Tariff: No Ceiling
The bidder shall Quote Composite Single Tariff (Normative composite fixed charges i.e. 70% + Normative Composite Variable Chargers i.e. 30%)
4. EMD: 30 Lakh / MW / Project
5. PPA : 90 Day + LOA
6. FC: 12 Months + PPA
7. Commissioning: 18 months + PPA
8. Min. Bid Capacity: 500 MW
9. Availability: 80% on annual Basis. Further 51% of annual energy shall be dispatched form RE sources (including ESS).
