Apollo Tyres acquires 27.20% stake in CSE Deccan Solar – EQ Mag Pro

Apollo Tyres has acquired 27.20% stake in CSE Deccan Solar. The company has acquired 11,66,250 equity shares having face value of Rs 10 each, at the premium of Rs 70 each, thereby aggregating the acquisition cost to Rs 9.33 crore. CSE Deccan Solar has not yet commenced business.
Apollo Tyres is one of the leading tyre manufacturers in India with its product portfolio spread across tubeless and tube type tyres for cars, suvs, trucks, buses etc.
