Area Sales Manager – Rooftop Solar Power Plants

- o This position will be the local face of the company in the defined region in Punjab State. Will be responsible to build the company infrastructure in the state (Can look forward to State Head role in near future)

- o Achieve and exceed defined monthly and yearly sales targets

- o Map, Engage & sign channel partners per the company plan and policy

- o Identify & engage potential customers and achieve the monthly customer acquisition targets

- o Convert into orders the sales leads given by the marketing team, channel partners

- o Ensure a healthy pipeline of solid opportunities as required per company directives

- o Daily and Weekly reporting of progress, plan and feedback

- o Support project team in liaison work with Vendors, Transporters and Govt. Dept.

- o Work closely with company management to build the company brand preference

- Graduate : Science/ Commerce/Diploma Engineer /BBA
- More than 2 years in front-line direct sales and channel sales in a hunter role, preferably from Solar industry. Candidates having strong direct sales and channel sales experience from Electrical Wires, Switches, Lighting/Building material/ Financial Products industry are welcome.
- Must have handled residential and commercial clients or should be confident and comfortable to handle the segment
- Should be an aggressive, go getter with a pleasing personality and capacity for hard work and delivering results consistently and quickly.
- High integrity individual who is able to build rapport and develop relationships across a wide spectrum of customers & partners
- Must own a driving license, a 2/4 wheeler and be a safe driver
- Strong communication, inter-personal and digital skills
- Willing to travel within the state
