Position & Salary Assistant Project Manager (1 Post )Consolidated salary Rs.40000 – 56000/- p.m.Qualification MBA in Agri-business Management /Rural Management / Marketing & Finance or Post Graduate Diploma in Rural  Management with minimum 2 years of experience. Relevant experience in activities regarding sales and marketing of products in the rural market segment.  Relevant experience in working with off-grid renewable energy products is desirable.Job Profile Enterprise Sales & MarketingDesign, recommend and implement innovative marketing activities through identification of trade channels and segments. To develop innovative business plans in order to increase sales.Designing and managing innovative marketing strategy for the business by identifying new and existing competition in the sector. Develop alternate channels such as NGOs, SHGs and government backed initiatives and thereby customizing the delivery mode depending upon the customer. Coordinate with Zonal Execution Agencies and Block Execution Agencies for various operational aspects of the company. 6.Forging partnerships with relevant stakeholders for expansion of the business.

Coordination with IITB and other stakeholders for effective implementation. Setting up and managing the supply chains in the respective State, including setting up of zonal agencies Assembly-Distribution (A-D) centers, after-sales service centers and the operations therein. Coordination for identification & partnering with zonal and block level agencies. Ensure quality by compliance to quality control standards. Planning of activities and events related with trainings, A&D setup, after-sales service aligned with the guidelines provided by the IITB. Coordination with & monitoring of Zonal partners and A-D centers to ensure effective implementation of activities as per the plan and defined standards. Identify problems at the zonal level and resolving it. Submitting quarterly progress reports for the state and other reports to IIT Willingness to travel to project locations.
