Job Description
Duties and responsibilities

1. Client-related
a. As a representative of NEPL, will liaise with the client representatives on
site and off site and assist in smooth conduct of operations at site.
b. Must plan for material resources and keep the project manager and client
representative informed in advance.
c. Ensure that any client feedback or complaint is promptly conveyed to the
Project Manager and the HO. Must maintain professional conduct and
ensure that the company is regarded in high esteem.
2. Material
a. Responsible for proactively maintaining track of project-related material
requirements. Responsible for material reconciliation against issuance to
contractor workforce.
b. Report quality-related issues, if any, to the Project Manager and HO and
follow-up actively to ensure closure of the same at the earliest.
3. Financial
a. Facilitate in timely sign-off of supply-related invoices by client
representatives. Responsible for ensuring compilation and maintenance
of records of all necessary documentation (packing list, LRs, delivery
challans et al) required for glitch-free approval of documents.
b. Maintain accurate record of store value at site.
4. Mandatory Reporting
a. Responsible and accountable for accurate material DPR from site, should
source and verify data from reporting store crew for the same. Report the
same to Project Manager and HO.
b. Accurate GRs (Good Receipts) and MRs (Material Receipts) against
supplier invoices received at site.
c. Accurate contractor-wise material issuance reports and periodic
reconciliation reports.
5. He must work at Open Site of Solar Projects and must be flexible to work PAN India
