Bangkok Container Glass Completes Vietnam Solar Plant Acquisition

Bangkok Container Glass (BCG) has completed the $41 million acquisition of a solar plant company.
The Thai glass manufacturer completed the acquisition of 100% shares in Solar Power Management (Thailand), a company holding a 67% shareholding interest in Phu Khanh Solar Power Joint Stock Company.
This organisation operates two solar power projects in Phu Yen Province, Vietnam with a total installed capacity of 99.21 MW.
The deal had a transaction value of THB 1,259 million ($ 41 million) from Eternity Power (formerly known as Eastern Power Group).
