
BGR Tech, Chemie Tech sign HOA for green hydrogen & ammonia projects – EQ

BGR Tech Ltd has signed a Heads of Agreement (HOA) with Chemie Tech for collaboration on multi-megawatt lump sum turnkey (LSTK) green hydrogen and ammonia projects globally.
Under the partnership, BGR Tech will supply core green hydrogen generation and purification systems—including electrolysers—along with engineering support. Chemie Tech will handle end-to-end project execution, including FEED, design, EPC, and O&M, according to a statement.
Chemie-Tech DMCC, headquartered in Sharjah, UAE, has over 25 years of experience in oil, gas, and renewable energy projects, operating in 15 countries with a workforce of 3,500. The partnership aims to accelerate the global adoption of green hydrogen by delivering scalable, sustainable energy solutions.
