It has been confirmed from some reputed sources that the Anti Dumping Duty Case on Import of Solar Cells/Modules in India from China, Taiwan, Malaysia has been withdrawn and the safeguard duty case might fall as well. Though the safeguard duty case hearing has been postponed to March 9, 2018 at Madras High Court.
As on date it appears that the case of anti dumping has been withdrawn and safeguard duty case might fall soon.
