P &L responsibility for solar projects business.
Identify and close business developmental opportunities
Build trusted relationships with the decision makers and key clients( Government agencies, local departments)
Build and develop a cross functional team, coordinating Supply Chain and, Services team to develop a profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Leading the bid management process across Tenders, Drawings, Work orders, contract agreements
Lead and support the design and costing team to design optimality and minimize rework.
Ensure margin protection during execution of projects.
Ensure effective project planning, co-ordination, execution and timely completion
15 + years of work experience with 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Business Development within similar industry.
