
Captive solar power plant to be installed in Varsity

Tirunelveli (TN) – The Manomaniam Sundaranar University has decided to instal in its campus a captive solar power plant at a cost of Rs five crore, Vice-Chancellor K Baskar said today.
The state governor Banwarilal Purohit would lay the foundation stone for the one megawatt solar photovoltaic plant tomorrow, he told reporters here.
