Job description
Exp: 2-5 years; ResponsibilitiesIdentify new channels and partnershipsDevelop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders & adjacent market products which support lead generationManage the entire marketing lifecycle supporting the strategy, conceiving means and collaterals, design and working with cross-functional teams such as sales and Ad agencies for BTL activities and helping lead generation Partner with product, sales and Ad Agency to deliver marketing collaterals, campaigns and events as per road map and objectives and implement go-to-market strategy Be a part of core Marketing team and collaborate directly with Head Marketing & Communications Strategy on sales and marketing growth strategies Establish and own metrics for marketing activities Mange execution of marketing strategy through lead generation strategies, lead nurturing, awareness building Lead & build high performance teams in a fast paced startup culture Shaping energy consultants and influencers opinions and preference for 8Minutes Educating new markets about solar and 8Minutess technology and solutions Qualifications3-5 years of total work experience with Channel Development, with 2 years of experience leading teamsExperience with human centered design, and Lean Startup methodologiesDemonstrated understanding and experience developing solutions for top of the pyramid consumers in Tier I citiesExperience conducting focus groups, usability studies, and market research to validate product requirements and design decisionsBachelors degree in business, psychology, or related field, MBA a plusExpertise across marketing functions, including content marketing, thought leadership, events, digital, and social mediaHighly analytical mindset and data-driven approach to marketing requiredExcellent analytical skills and strategic thinkingHigh comfort level in fast paced, entrepreneurial, team environment
