Key Responsibility AreasLeading and directing Ujaas Group in defining and achieving its strategic goals in the B to C retail home rooftop segment
Responsible for achievement of the business plan particularly net margin and ROCE Provide entrepreneurial flair and manage risks in growing and operating the companys businessAs part of the top management/ the leadership team of Ujaas, contribute actively to leading and directing the organisation in defining and achieving its strategic goals in the new segmentContribute to any committees, teams or Boards in which you may participate from time to time so that the said committees / teams achieve their objectives consonant with Ujaas Group policiesEspouse, foster and propagate the core values of the Ujaas Group
Key Deliverables:Plan, lead and execute the annual / periodic business plan for the Home SegmentEnsure that the business exceeds its committed gross margin and ROCE, in collaboration with all Functions, ensure that new business/ products developed launched by this newly created organisation are competitive and completed on schedule.Work effectively with all people and functions to create and improve business processes, manage process costs and capital employedRecruit, develop, motivate, retain and maintain within the business team which not only effectively delivers the business objectives but lives the Ujaas Groups core values and behavioursCreate and enhance Brand Ujaas Timely reporting to the Ujaas Board and Promoters
