Consultant – Regulatory Practices
Location : Mumbai/Delhi
Educational Qualification : BE – Electrical / Mechanical &
MBA/MS/ME – Energy Systems
Years’ Experience required : 1-3 years (Hard core experience in
Regulatory / Electricity)
Remuneration : 7.5-8 Lacs
Job Profile:
Will work directly on assignments with clients as Team member.
Work on Regulatory assignments independently or with the team with due focus
on quality, time lines, efficient execution, client satisfaction / relationship etc.
Analysis of accounting/ tax issues associated with regulatory / corporate advisory
assignments.
Preparation of financial models.
Analysis of EOI / RFQ / RFP tenders released by respective authorities pertaining
to various Regulatory Projects.
Analysis of existing or proposed policy frameworks
Analysis and research: Various regulations, Tariff orders and Judgments issued by
SERC, CERC and ATE.
Analysis of tariff petitions, replies, comments etc at central and state level.
Skill Set Required:
Ability to execute assignments independently.
Good analytical skill.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory framework.
Strong interpersonal skill.
Candidate with relevant experience in regulatory and policy frame in consulting
profile would be preferred.
