Customer Service Supervisor
Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Local contact window for customer .
2. Coordination of special orders from global customer with PD, PM, etc.
3. Support on India project bids, on-site training
4. Receives, processes, verifies and responds to customer pre-sales/post-sales enquiries, declaration support, complaints, warranty, etc.
5. Work with regional teams & inter-departmental staff to resolve customer requests, issues and complaints.
6. Follow up customer complaint handling process, Ensure that KPI is maintained within stipulated time.
7. Follow-up RMA process (Replacement and returns for India)
8. Ensure customer requests and issues are resolved in a systematic and efficient manner.
9. *Support regional warehouse stock management for RMA/Spares (Pending warehouse completion)
10. Follow systematic workflow/procedures.
11. Review and develop improved procedures.
12. Other assigned misc customer service related work
Requirements:
1. Good command of English
2. PV industry experience is preferred.
3. Electrical and Electronics Engineering background.
4. Good soft skills and people skills, customer centric.
5. Ability to analyse customer claim issues and propose sensible resolutions.
6. Motivated, responsible and team player.
7. Travelling to customer site(s) within India
