Position Dy. Manager / Asst. Manager Grade M6B
Department Asset Management SBU DevCo
Reporting to Head (Asset Management)
Location Mumbai Travel Requirement Yes (20% to 30%)
Role:
Dy. Manager / Asst. Manager, Asset Management (Renewables) – The role requires taking
up activities relating to managing operating assets which include review of operation and
maintenance activities, billing and compliances for DevCo (IPP) assets.
Detailed JOB DESCRIPTION: The person in this role is expected to be responsible for the
following deliverables –
• Supervising Joint Meter reading and raising of invoices.
• Compliances under PPA
• Compliance under financing agreements
• Periodic (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly) review and monitoring of plant
performance
• MIS preparation and management reporting
• Tracking preventive / scheduled maintenance, review of maintenance plans
• Analysis of CRA reports for faults
• O&M Contract administration
Qualification Requirement: B.E./B.Tech. (Electrical) + MBA
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in power sector, preferred solar industry experience
in similar role.
Key Evaluation Criteria:
? The candidate should be able to manage the operating assets of the Company
? Understanding of operations of power plants and billing framework, renewable industry
exposure preferred
? Ability to manage several stakeholders and to carry out technical discussions with the
O&M Contractor.
