- Project Procurement
- Planning & Budgetary control
Vendor Development - Store Management
Logistic / Supply Chain Management - Floating enquiries, conducting techno-commercial discussion, negotiation, approval and issuing Purchase orders.
- Selection and finalization of quality vendors for the site material supply and site execution by using Approved Vendor List to achieve excellent quality of material and work at site.
- Process final commercial approvals to senior management.
- Preparing cost estimate, cost analysis, cost comparison, Budgeting, verification and Comparison of quotation independently for any kind of equipment required for solar & wind power projects and EHV /HV OH Line & Sub- stations Electrical works.
- Supplier and Contractor follow up, monitoring and control of various materials and site activities with site team.
- Technical verification of commercial invoices and other documents and forward to finance for payment process with recommendation.
- Budget finalization for upcoming projects and setting Targets, by monitoring and analyzing market intelligence.
- Preparation of purchase orders and work orders.
- To support business strategy by developing and managing preferred supplier base.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate B.E. Electrical / or any stream
- MBA – Marketing
- Total Exp. of 6-10yrs.
