For Electrical Engineers:
Desired profile:
1. Responsible for the supervision of installation of the various electrical components (Solar Modules, Inverters, Cables, Transformers, Monitoring, etc.) of the solar PV Plant along with electrical Sub-Contractor.
2. Knowledge of AutoCAD to draw basic electrical single line & three line diagrams of electrical circuits.
3. Sound knowledge Indian Standards (IS) for electrical installations especially for solar power plants & transmission lines & Substations, etc.
4. Must have the understanding to review construction electrical drawings and to ensure construction according to specifications, and per quality requirements.
5. Must have understanding regarding field testing of the electrical equipments
Preference to be given to a candidate with the following experience: –
Technical: –
1. Candidate with knowledge of solar PV system (off-grid/on-grid), including site experience in managing and coordinating electrical contractors and technical staff for successful execution.
2. Knowledge of the Balance of Systems (BOS) and its operations.
3. Prior experience in co-ordinating with state utility for the functional checks of the system before commissioning.
4. MIS reporting to HQ & making required changes to the execution schedule
5. Software skills: – MS Power point, Excel, able to analyse PvSyst details
6. Experience in quality assurance & pre-dispatch inspections of the electrical goods.
General: –
1. Ability to set and manage priorities to achieve the goals as per the schedule.
2. Ability to work in a team & flexibility enough to adapt to unexpected situations.
3. Good troubleshooting & analytical capability.
4. Willing to travel and work on-site for execution of solar PV plants.
For Civil Engineers (Site)/Sr. Civil Engineer (Indore HO):
1. Inspecting field sites to observe, evaluate condition, operability of facilities and structures, and to collect field survey data and measurements.
2. To check the drawings provided by design department as per tender specification and comments by client & accordingly setting out the execution of work.
3. Preparation of detailed bill of quantity for all civil works for effective execution (viz. Control rooms, boundary wall, fencing related civil work, equipment foundations etc.)
4. Supervision of all the civil works including construction of control rooms, construction of equipment foundations, boundary wall as well as fencing construction, foundation for switchyard equipments
5. Measuring, recording of work in Measurement book and preparation of bill for Quantity of work.
6. Preparation & sharing of Daily Progress Report of civil works
7. Proper coordination with civil contractors for timely execution
General: –
