Job Description :
Embedded software developer for driver integration
Excellent language skills in English (written and oral)
Detail oriented and careful work ethics with a high degree of personal responsibility
Good communication skills
Expert know-how with the handling of communication protocols (i.e. ModBus RTU, ModBus TCP, ) and in the area of field busses (RS485, RS422, CAN) as well as TCP/IP and UDP
Excellent programming proficiency in the C/C++ language for embedded systems (C89/90, C++98)
Work experience with cross platform development (16, 32, 64 Bit systems x86 & ARM)
Expert know-how with Linux and Windows including set-up – potentially in a virtualized environment and per Telnet/SSH
Experience in working with heterogenic development frameworks
Experience in working with version control software (SVN, Git) within an internationally distributed team (5+)
Experience with wxWidgets, Boost, CodeBlocks, Eclipse (C/C++), Paradigm C++
Ability to acquaint oneself with and master a new software framework,
Experience in setting up and working with remote maintenance tools and mechanism such as teamviewer, VPN
Basics in electrical engineering (physical level of field busses) for diagnostic purposes
Capabilities to analyze signal paths with the related diagnostic tools
Sound knowledge base in photovoltaics and power engineering
Ability to create concise technical documentation
