First All-In-one Solar Platform, HahaSmart Inc. Launches Updated Solar Incentives Database and Proposal Software for Installers
SACRAMENTO, Calif.: Recently surfacing as a low-cost industry disruptor in residential solar, California solar tech startup HahaSmart Inc. (www.hahasmart.com) unveils its new, searchable nationwide solar incentive database.
As government-subsidized solar databases struggle due to reduced funding, the privately-funded company, HahaSmart, aims to compile the most comprehensive online resource for incentives and policies that forward renewable energy in the United States.
HahaSmart’s Incentives Tool utilizes dynamic syncing across various database sources to feature a geographical overview of financial incentives and policies in real-time. The database makes it easy for both homeowners and installers to stay informed of the latest available tax breaks, exemptions, cash rebates, and other incentives that help people save money on renewable energy upgrades.
Along with the solar incentive database, HahaSmart also releases Version 2 of their solar proposal-building software. With the integration of years of statistical data, the cloud-based software allows installers to create printable proposals and contracts in less than five minutes.
Complete with a preliminary solar panel design on a project site satellite image, a consolidated cash flow chart, and a detailed savings analysis, a proposal can be used to present a customized deal to homeowners that are considering a switch to solar power.
“We aim to dramatically lower solar contractors’ operational costs by making the latest available software free and accessible to all installers,” said Jack Meng, president of HahaSmart Inc.
“The Solar Proposal Tool needs to be accurate, easy to use and free of charge. It allows contractors to create compelling, on-brand proposals, and to get them to homeowners right away when they are ready to close a deal, which increases their lead-to-customer conversion rate. Our 2018 version of the Solar Proposal Tool is the only free version of such software on the market today.”
HahaSmart Inc. connects homeowners directly to solar installers and manufacturers, already serving 312 solar contractors with more than 2500 designed solar projects across the United States.
