EQ E-Award Show May 2021 rewarded Solar Award-‘Best Standard of Health, Safety and O&M’ to Fourth Partner Energy. Powered by EQ iSearch, EQ organized India Solar Awards 2020-21 on May 26, 2021 through virtual mode.

The event was conducted for the solar industry of India based on the achievements of the year 2020-21.

Brajesh Kumar Sinha, Executive Committee Member, Head- People and Process accepted the award. “Thank You EQ Team for this prestigious award. It means a lot to us and our team members who have been working tirelessly on the ground during this tough time to achieve and set the standard for the industry.”

Executive Committee Member shared a presentation on operation and safety standards. “Fourth Partner energy is basically into distributed solar segment and we are the largest player in the distributed space. We are present across India in at least 23 states of the country. We strongly believe in balancing centralized planning and control and decentralized operations.

For that, we have three departments who are working to achieve all these things. The first one is our O&M Department,” he said. He explained the best practices followed by this department and discussed the asset management team and HSC team.

“For asset management, we believe in four pillars- Client Relationship Management, Operations Management, Revenue Management and RISK management. To focus on sustainable returns, we believe that for long term gain we may have to take short term pain. For that, we invest in our human safety.

We are very keen and we are doing a lot of things for our environment conservation including sharing of water during cleaning processes and operational efficiencies to maintain sustainable results,” he added.

 “Third effect safety is being taken care of by our HSE Team. We have a detailed HSE policy.” He further explained the HSE practices. “We believe that constant focus on measuring, reporting and improving key matters to stay relevant and deliver excellence. That is the mantra behind our success. Thankfully, during this tough time also, we have not had any major incident with our people or vendors.”
