PANAJI: Goa Chamber is organizing a half day workshop on solar roof-top energy on Friday May 26, 2017 at the GCCI conference hall, Verna Industrial Estate. Recently the government came out with the draft solar policy and investors/ consumers need to be sensitized about it. The programme starts at 3 pm. Sanjay Goel, secretary, power will speak on government policies while other speakers will focus on the relevant aspects of solar power including technological, regulatory, financial, commercial and operational and maintenance issues. The workshop will also dwell on the commendable work done to promote solar energy in the neighbouring.
