Effective immediately, Gehrlicher Solar America Corp., is now M+W Energy, Inc. This name change is a key step in brand alignment with the parent company, M+W Group. Since its acquisition by M+W Group in 2013, Gehrlicher Solar America Corp. has become a leading utility and commercial solar engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company.
M+W Energy provides EPC services for Fortune 1000 companies, utilities, developers, and government agencies to build photovoltaic solar and energy storage systems. In 2015, the company built 260.5 MW of new solar generation and remains a top-twenty engineering, procurement, and construction firm as ranked by Solar Power World (#1 Commercial, #18 Utility), and #1 on ENR Magazine’s Top Solar Contractors list.
