In Detail : Grew Energy has announced plans to supply 500 MW of solar modules for Jindal Renewables’ solar power project in Rajasthan. This collaboration focuses on leveraging technical expertise to enhance solar energy adoption and advance renewable energy solutions.

Jindal Renewables is currently developing approximately 3 GW of renewable energy assets, with power off-take agreements in place. By 2030, Jindal Renewables plans to expand its renewable energy portfolio to 12 GW, including storage facilities and green hydrogen production.

Grew Energy, a venture of Chiripal Group, is a solar module manufacturing firm with approximately 6.4 GW PV module manufacturing capacity. The core business of the company spans from textiles to petrochemicals, apart from renewable energy.

In September 2024, Grew Energy signed a module supply agreement with BluePine Energy to supply TOPCon modules for a forthcoming solar project in Banaskantha, Gujarat.
